This place suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The staff once helped me find my lost barrette, and Eliana provided great service during my stays. I’ll keep coming back for a holiday!

The hotel had a charming, nautical design that felt both cozy and refreshing, making it easy for this senior lady to navigate the hallways without a hitch.
A better breakfast variety would be appreciated.

The centralized location made it easy to explore the city on foot, and the friendly staff, particularly Eliana, significantly enhanced the experience. Breakfast was ample and vibrant, with a wide selection that ensured a great start to the day. However, the room felt quite outdated and in need of renovations, which detracted from the overall comfort. While the service was excellent, the price seemed a bit high for the room condition.

The family room was spacious, giving us plenty of space for our children to play. The parking option right in front of the hotel was very convenient for our family road trip.
The overall amenities could use an upgrade.

I had an amazing time with my family during our three-night stay. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the hot chocolate and croissants. Our room was clean and just as expected, although the bathroom could use some updates. I'd definitely stay here again!

The family room was spacious enough but definitely showing its age. Some cracks on the bathroom tiles and an old shower setup were a bit off-putting. The bed was comfy, though, and the room was generally clean. Plus, the water pressure in the shower was pretty awesome. Just a basic setup overall, nothing fancy. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't it, but it gets the job done for a short stay.

During our 5-night stay, we enjoyed the hotel's great location. it was conveniently close to many attractions like Plaza de Mayo and San Telmo Market. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, including delicious pastries and hot chocolate. However, the room was a bit small and the beds were uncomfortable, which affected our overall experience. Still, the staff were very friendly and the service was prompt, which we appreciated.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from downtown. Staff were friendly and accommodating upon our arrival. We checked in at 9 AM, which was a relief as our rooms were ready right away. Breakfast was still available, and I appreciated the variety offered. However, the front rooms were quite noisy due to street traffic, which made it hard to relax. I also faced issues with the room, as the air conditioning was very loud and the bathrooms definitely need an update. both my wash basin and bathroom door had damage that affected my stay. While the lobby and bar exuded charm, the lack of an egg option at breakfast stood out as a downside. Overall, I found it an acceptable place but I'd likely seek a different hotel on my next visit due to the minor inconveniences and noise.

We enjoyed a wonderful three-night family getaway. The location was perfect—delicious local restaurants just a few minutes away. The breakfast was a delightful surprise with plenty of options. For a taste of the city, explore the nearby markets that the staff didn’t mention.
